In this world there’s two types of Trainee. Those that make you a return and those that don’t.

The way I see it, you’ve got three options:

Option 1

Find your own Trainee, and train them up yourself with all that spare time you’ve got.

Option 2

Use a Rec2Rec, and train them up yourself with all that spare time you’ve got.

Option 3

Use Job Slinger Academy to find them, get them trained by a top biller with the skills you need the most and have them hit the ground running.

How does it work?

It normally takes around 3-5 weeks to hire and train your new Job Slinger.

After an initial chat we schedule a meeting. This is your chance to tell me what you’ll need your trainee to be able to do well from day one. 

 

Then, we agree on a training program and a start date for your Trainee. 

 

I get to work helping you find and interview the perfect candidate. 

 

I implement the training program independently and have them ready for their first day.
